The app uses Apple HealthKit to access health and fitness data stored on your device. Data is only used for displaying statistics, charts, and summaries within the app. Without your explicit consent, the app has no access to HealthKit data.
All HealthKit data remains strictly on your device. The app does not upload, transfer, or store personal data on external servers. No third-party services receive your data.
The app does not share health or fitness data with any third parties. If you choose to manually export data (e.g., to a file, iCloud Drive, or email), this is entirely initiated by you.
You can change or revoke the app's access to HealthKit data at any time in iOS system settings:
Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → [App Name]
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available in the app or via the App Store listing.
